The Hopewell Surgery Center, located in Mercer County, NJ and opening in the fall of xxxx, will be a state-of-the art multi-surgery center. The 19,000 square foot center is located on a 100+ acre campus and will have 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. The Center is part owned by Capital Health, which is the largest healthcare provider in Mercer County and the region?s leader in advanced medicine. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Nursing who has experience running a quality and efficient unit.
Skill Set:
? Three years management experience
? At least three years OR experience
? Experience with JCAHO and new centers would be a big plus
